General

1. Your privacy and security are extremely important to us.  Identifiable information about you and your credit card account are handled with care and respect.  Please read the following specifics regarding our policies in regard to these matters.

We will not give specific information (like your name, email address, mailing address, phone numbers, credit card information) to anyone for marketing or illegal purposes.  We do not allow our customers to be spammed by internet advertisers.  Our policy is also to protect your information from identity thieves and other types of internet fraud.

3. We may give advertisers aggregate demographic information like 1,000 hits per day, 350 purchases per day, traffic patterns, visitors gender ratio, and the like. Our policy is not to give any specific information about you.  Because we do not want them to specifically identify you or contact you in any way.

4. If required we will give specific information to legal authorities.  This will only be done, if they require it from us and have legal jurisdiction over us. This includes parties in litigation under process of law and other matters as required by law. This includes Federal, state, city and county agencies.

5. We may discreetly release information to involved professionals if necessary to protect these galleries from destruction (from hacking activity for example) and security, system integrity and safety breaches.

6. Information may be released to protect against legal liability.  Make sure you read the "Use Terms" very carefully.

7. If necessary we will give specific information to banks or collection agencies for collection of funds due or other account adjustments that may be necessary.
   

Why Information is Collected

1. Financial institutions require certain information to verify and process charge card transactions.  The security and privacy policy of Paypal.com applies to credit card transactions for these galleries.  PayPal processes all our credit card transactions.  We do not collect credit card information, neither is it given to us, PayPal has this information.

2. We may need information to mail products ordered by you.

3. Information may be collected to contact or update you regarding specific matters (like notifying you that your order was shipped) or changes to products and services that we offer.

4. We collect information to meet tax requirements.

5. We monitor web surfing activity on the galleries website.  This helps us to identify visitors, what their interest are, gives us specific information on meeting customer needs, how to make this web site better, and if the site's use terms are being properly followed.  This may include, among other things, which pages are visited, download activity, time spent viewing each page and the order in which activity has occurred.  This information is generally kept for internal purposes and is not distributed to outside activities except for legal purposes.

6. Aggregate demographic information when collected may be distributed to help advertisers ascertain the value of advertising on this site.  There is no individual identifiable information in this data when it is given out.
